Just a reminder

For myself, mostly. 

It’s okay to feel sad even when your life looks happy on the outside. It’s okay to have things that are great and thing that are hard about your life and to feel all of the emotions that go along with both. And to talk about both, too. Out loud even.

I’m not looking for sympathy. Or an escape. I’m just trying to figure my own shit out. Writing it down seems to help. And so I keep writing.
